We commissioned a website from King Kong in 2016 and have had dealings with a lot of people within the company. Some excellent and some not so great. The processes within their company need to be improved so there is better communication between departments and between King Kong and the customer. Also a little disappointed that I had to direct and steer the whole project in the beginning in terms of providing wire frames and design direction for the site, and chasing up copy writing for our ‘About us’ page that was supposed to be done by King Kong. There were a few times they claimed certain custom options within the site couldn’t be achieved (even though when we signed up the custom options were not a problem) but upon a different staff member taking over the project it was in fact very achievable – thank you Cara!
The standouts were CARA and AARON who went above and beyond to help and guide me along even when there was a considerable time lapse between emails (from my end) Cara’s step by step and informative emails were a godsend and I still reference them to this day.
Aaron’s help and advice to get the site launched was invaluable and he is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He really knows his stuff and I cannot thank him enough for getting it to the finish line! Excellent work Aaron 🙂

We have been working with King Kong on lead generation and we recently purchased access to persuasion mastery which we have been using with our sales team. Both of these things have been fantastic in our business and we have been working to implement as much as we can whilst incredibly under the pump.
By fortunate circumstance Sabri managed to drop into our office whilst he was in Sydney and all our sales team went out with him for lunch. It was like having a celebrity in the office and he delivered the goods in terms of recommending changes to our sales process which, under his recommendation, we immediately implemented. A few hours later we had proven his theory and turned our biggest sales bottleneck (read epic problem) into a revenue generating part of our pipeline. This is an absolute game changer for us and we have now improved conversions in this one area by 32%- this has had an insane impact.
This one interaction is reflective of the engagement we have had with King Kong since the start and I just wanted to say thankyou to the team including Alisha, Kostan, Hannah and the many people in the background we don’t see who make it happen. You feel like you are kicking goals in one area, then the goal posts move (e.g. Google algorithm change, Facebook ads cost per click increasing dramatically, Instagram stories not converting etc) – it’s such a fluid space and something I personally find really difficult to understand and stay on top of. As a small business owner, it’s hard making the call to spend money on marketing – as you are trying to manage and grow the business with the least amount of outgoings as possible.
I am so, so lucky that we finally made the call and jumped on-board with King Kong. Our business hasn’t been the same since.
I’ve been dealing with Andrew Skoullos since we started with King Kong about 5 months ago. He is an absolute champion. He really cares about getting results for your business and I really feel like he is part of the team.
We have gone from having a new website and not even registering on Google to ranking on the 1st page of Google for multiple key terms. Our organic traffic has gone gang busters. The 1st Facebook campaign we did with King Kong was so successful that we had to “pause it” after a couple of days because we simply couldn’t deal with the amount of qualified leads we got. I’ve been with another SEO company before and though I got onto the first page of Google, and it took 3-6 months the conversions were basically zero.
I told KK from day one if you cannot help me with conversion I’m not interested. They not only promised but they have delivered.

Each month he has a golden piece of advice – it’s usually something I’m already doing but he tweaks it so that there is so much more potential for results.
