Koala started as an online mattress retailer only one type of mattress in a box. There were no other opportunities to increase the average lifetime value of a customer given the limited product selection. This was the challenge when scaling paid ads.
The challenge for Koala was to enter a crowded market with established players and create a significant impact in a short period.
They needed a comprehensive strategy that would help them increase their revenue, decrease their CPA, and improve their ROAS.
We used King Kong’s 11 secret herbs and spices to skyrocket conversion rates, AOV and decrease CAC. We started with an extensive 360-degree funnel teardown. We reviewed user flows, conversion leaks and the checkout optimisation.
And then got to work putting together some spicy, long-form direct response ads that went viral and sold out warehouses full of inventory.
