I am time poor, got numerous calls from this organization asking to catch up and go over what they can offer. Booked a time 4 weeks in advance.
Between the first call and the meeting, I received several calls that were at ridiculous times of the day and also with no actual structure.
Get to the meeting day and get asked if I watched the video which they sent (which i didn’t receive) and then got told the meeting cannot go ahead until I watch it so I can understand what they do.
Unfortunately the way they handle inbound customers is deplorable.

Blamed it on the ad manager, accepted no responsibility, and didn’t even offer anything when we called them out on the horrendously poor work.
We are a service provider, and have worked with many other service providers in our 10 years in business. I don’t think I’ve even seen such poor customer service and experience.
