King Kong has been fantastic to work with especially Scout who is very personable and giving ideas for us to explore as a brand along with being critical of our performance each month.
I’ve just finished the on-boarding process with King Kong and the entire process has been so smooth. They’ve been so helpful every step of the way. I was nervous about hiring another agency after a poor experience with the last one but I really feel I’m in the best of hands with King Kong. Can’t wait for what’s to come.

Beware of this business. Very quick to take your money and extremely slow to reimburse monies owed for continued auto-deductions from bank account long after the termination of contract.
Have tried now numerous times over the course of weeks both by phone and email to have this situation rectified – situation is still ongoing. If this review saves just one other customer from going through the same pain then the effort is worth it.
I like the fact that they derive joy in helping small business owners, people that can’t really afford that much for ads.
Save your money, as far as I am concerned it is a scam, and we lost $12k. They take your money before telling you about the strict no refund policy and don’t deliver what was promised.
If you feel you have been cheated, I suggest you contact the ACCC.

I advise people to read the negative reviews on this page and the product review site. I am surprised they even acknowledge I was a client since most other bad reviews they claim weren’t clients.
The footer on their website threatens your family if you copy them. This is from their own website. ‘we gonna come after your family. Liam Neeson style’. It says a lot about the culture there.
I could easily list the times I asked for contact, each time I had to follow up with further requests, each time I was met with the same brick wall, it’s up to me to do the work, apparently $12k doesn’t get you support, and when it does it is rubbish and by their own description, a best guess (or words to that effect).
If you are after a business that doesn’t improve yours, costs a fortune and makes you uncomfortable to complain, King Kong is for you.
As other reviews have stated, they are great at marketing themselves, but do little for you.
